Event Bookings and Services

Reservations

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. A booking is not confirmed until you receive written confirmation from us and the required deposit has been paid.

Payment Terms

  • Deposits are non-refundable and are required to secure your booking date.
  • Final payment is due 14 days before your event date.
  • We accept credit cards, checks, and cash payments.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made 30+ days before your event: forfeit deposit only.
  • Cancellations made 14-29 days before your event: 50% of total payment due.
  • Cancellations made less than 14 days before your event: 100% of total payment due.

Rescheduling

Rescheduling requests must be made in writing at least 14 days before your event date and are subject to availability. A rescheduling fee may apply.

Venue Rules

  • No smoking inside the venue building.
  • All decorations must be approved in advance.
  • Clients are responsible for any damage to the facility or equipment.
  • Events must end by the contracted time; additional fees apply for overtime.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our website and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Party Venue shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use our website or services.

Indemnification
